Based here in Tampa Bay since 1979, Mike is a graduate of Princeton University and the Florida State University (FSU) College of Law where he graduated with honors in 1986. After serving as an Assistant State Attorney in nearly 100 jury trials, Mike went into private practice handling Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability trial work.
In 1992, Mike narrowed his chosen field to Disability Law. Since1992, Mr. Murburg has personally evaluated over 35,000 cases and tried over 5,000 cases before the Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Administration. Experience does matter, especially in the highly-specified area of Social Security Disability Law.

Our staff is multilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. The staff is well-trained and committed to being responsive to the litigation and claim needs of our clients. We routinely deal with physician’s offices and the Social Security Administration in preparing our client’s cases. Our support staff is knowledgeable about our clients’ claims and is readily able to answer our clients’ questions about day-to-day case developments.
